Read on to discover how your health fund can help pay for your dental visits!
So, are you an existing member of any Australian Private Health Fund?
Under our core No Gaps offering, our patients with dental cover with any Australian health fund are offered the following restorative and preventive dental services at no out-of-pocket expense as long as your health fund covers you for all general dental treatments like:
- Scale and Cleans
- Fluoride applications
- X- Rays
- Fillings (Amalgam and tooth coloured)
- Extractions (excluding wisdom and surgical extractions.)
So, for example, let’s say you came in for a check up, scale and clean and two routine x-rays (which is advisable and covered by your health fund every six months), but then an x-ray shows you need a filling.
This is when you start to think, but how much will this cost me?
Instantaneously, our dentist or friendly staff will inform you, that as long as you’re covered for the specific treatment by your health fund, you won’t have to pay a cent out of your own pocket, as long as your health fund pays an amount for the treatment, then we will accept the rebate paid from your health fund as full payment. We’ll then make the claim on the spot using our Hicaps machine.

Preferred provider with some of the major health funds
As a preferred provider with the following health insurers, by visiting one of our clinics, you benefit from a pre-negotiated maximum charge for most of our services, but you’ll also have the certainty of knowing you’ll receive back between 70% and 90% of that charge, depending on your level of cover;
- MBF Member Care Preferred Provider
- HBA and BUPA Members First Preferred Provider
- Medibank Private Member’s Choice Preferred Provider (Blacktown clinic only)
This benefit, in conjunction with our core ‘No Gaps’ offering, will ensure we minimise or possibly eliminate any out-of-pocket expense for your dental treatment.

After your free check up…
Now, you’ve seen one of our dentists, and you’ve been informed that you may or may not need furthur treatment…
After the initial consultation, if we identify furthur dental treatment is required any other dental treatments provided, requires payment.
We will be able to let you know if furthur dental treatment is necessary, provide you with your options, and inform you of the costs of each alternative, to allow you to make an informed decision on how you would like to proceed. BUT you will soon realise our services are exceptional and our prices are very reasonable.
How you can Bulk Bill with No Gaps Dental!
For dental services covered under Medicare for people with chronic or complex conditions. To maintain our commitment to not let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of dental care you require, all our clinics Bulk Bill for dental treatments covered under the Medicare Chronic and Complete Conditions Scheme, and the Medicare Teen Dental Plan.
