• The impression for the crown must be taken on or before Tuesday, 31st of March 2026.

Payment:

• A non-refundable pre-payment of $300.00 for the Zirconia Monolithic crown must be made on the day the mould/impression is taken.
• The balance, including any insurance benefit, is payable at the issue (collection) appointment.
• The normal price of a Zirconia Monolithic crown is specific to each patient’s needs and is subject to the dentist’s assessment.
• If the above conditions are not met, the promotion will no longer apply, and the full standard price will be charged.
