No Gaps Dental – Cancellation Policy
At No Gaps Dental, when you make an appointment at any of our clinics, the time with the dentist is exclusively reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your allocated appointment time, we ask that you inform us more than 24 hours beforehand, so that we can offer it to other patients. If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, your appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled. If less than 24 hours’ notice or no notice is provided, a $70 cancellation fee will be added to your account and must be paid before your next appointment, even if you reschedule to another date and time.
