• This promotional offer is only valid for treatment commenced on or after Friday, 1st of August 2025, and must be completed on or before Tuesday, 30th of September 2025.
• The same dentist must be seen for both the impression and issue (collection) of the Zirconia Monolithic crown.
• The impression for the crown must be taken on or before Tuesday, 30th of September 2025.
• The follow-up appointment for the issue (collection) of the Zirconia Monolithic crown must be on or before Wednesday, 15th of October 2025.
• If the Zirconia Monolithic crown is not issued (collected) on or before this date, the promotional discount of $300 off will no longer apply, and the full standard price will be charged.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Payment:

• A non-refundable pre-payment of $300.00 for the Zirconia Monolithic crown must be made on the day the mould/impression is taken.
• The balance, including any insurance benefit, is payable at the issue (collection) appointment.
• The normal price of a Zirconia Monolithic crown is specific to each patient’s needs and is subject to the dentist’s assessment.
• If the above conditions are not met, the promotion will no longer apply, and the full standard price will be charged.
• Any existing overdue account must be settled prior to receiving any treatment, including promotional offers.
