Offer valid only if impressions are taken between Friday, 1st August 2025 and Tuesday, 30th September 2025.
The same dentist or oral health therapist at the same No Gaps Dental location must be seen for both the impression and issue (collection).
A follow-up appointment is required to issue the splint and must be completed by Friday, 17th October 2025.
If the splint is not collected by Friday, 17th October 2025, the $550 promotional price will no longer apply, and the standard fee will be charged.

Payment:

A non-refundable pre-payment of $100 is required on the day of the impression.
Item number 965 will be claimed to your health fund; the health fund rebate will vary, based on your health fund coverage.
The remaining balance (minus any insurance benefit) is payable at the collection appointment.
If your health fund does not pay a benefit (due to limits, waiting periods, or exclusions), you will be required to pay $550 out of pocket.
Any existing overdue account must be settled prior to receiving any treatment, including any promotion.
