About Dr. Divya Mehta

Dentistry has always stood out to me as the perfect balance between science, precision, and artistry. I chose this profession because I’m passionate about helping people improve their oral health while also boosting their confidence through healthy, beautiful smiles. What drives me each day is the chance to make a meaningful difference—not just through treatment, but through personalised care that makes every patient feel heard, valued, and empowered.

After graduating from Kurukshetra University in India, I successfully completed the rigorous Australian Dental Council (ADC) exams, bringing my expertise to Australian patients. My approach to dentistry is patient-centred, compassionate, and focused on both function and aesthetics. I find the most fulfilment in delivering restorative and cosmetic treatments that not only bring back function but transform the way patients feel about themselves.

With over 90% of Australian adults experiencing tooth decay at some point in their lives, I strongly believe in the power of preventative care. By combining clinical precision with honest, clear communication, I help patients make informed choices that protect their long-term oral health. For me, dentistry isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about creating lasting confidence and positive experiences.

How I stay healthy and happy
I keep myself balanced with regular exercise, daily walks, and maintaining a nutritious diet. I also find happiness in spending quality time with family and friends, along with pursuing creative hobbies like painting, which brings calm and joy into my life.

How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
I stick to the basics that work: brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, flossing every day, and making sure I never skip my regular dental visits. Prevention is always the key.

Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy
Don’t skip flossing—it’s just as important as brushing. And don’t underestimate regular dental visits; prevention saves both your smile and your health in the long run.
