Dr Christina's tip to keep your teeth healthy
"Visit your dentist at least twice a year for regular checkups, even if everything feels fine. Early detection can prevent small issues from becoming major problems."
As an AHPRA-registered dentist, I focus on providing patient-centered care that is both gentle and comprehensive. My approach emphasises thorough diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring that each patient’s oral health is prioritized in a way that fits their individual needs and lifestyle. Whether performing root canal therapy, placing CEREC crowns, or managing complex cases like wisdom teeth extractions, I am dedicated to delivering results that not only restore function but also boost confidence. I take pride in being meticulous with my work, aiming for treatments that stand the test of time.
From a young age, I was inspired to pursue dentistry by my supportive family, who instilled in me a passion for healthcare and the desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Becoming a dentist was not only a career choice but a lifelong ambition, motivated by the opportunity to help patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. I have always set high expectations for myself, committing to continuous learning and professional development to stay at the forefront of advancements in dental care.
Beyond the technical aspects of dentistry, I value the relationships I build with my patients. I believe in educating them on the importance of preventative care and encouraging healthy habits that extend beyond the dental chair. Seeing patients appreciate their improved oral health and leave with a smile is truly the most rewarding part of my profession. By fostering a welcoming and trusting environment, I aim to make each visit a positive experience, helping to alleviate any dental anxieties and empowering patients to take control of their oral health.

How I stay healthy and happy
I maintain a balanced lifestyle by practicing mindfulness, staying active, and spending quality time with my family. Whether it’s playing badminton or riding bikes with my son, I value staying present and positive. Taking time for “me time” at the end of each day helps me manage stress and keep a healthy work-life balance.
How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
I practice good oral hygiene daily, which includes brushing twice and daily flossing. I also keep up with regular dental checkups every six months and maintain a healthy diet.
