About OHT Cheryl Neo

I have always been passionate about giving back to society, which inspired my journey into the field of dentistry. Growing up, I developed a strong interest in helping people improve their health and confidence through oral care. Dentistry became the perfect avenue to blend my passion for healthcare with my desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

What I love most about being an Oral Health Therapist is seeing my patients leave the clinic with a smile, knowing that I’ve made their day a little better. Whether it’s through a thorough dental clean or equipping patient with the knowledge to improve their oral hygiene, my focus is always on building trust and delivering lasting results.

With nearly half of adults worldwide affected by gum disease, I’m a strong advocate for routine care and preventative habits. Regular dental cleans and 6-monthly check-ups are simple steps that can make a big difference in maintaining healthy teeth and gums for life.

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy doing pilates and strive to eat whole foods as much as I can. Focusing on the positive side of life helps me stay happy and balanced in both my personal and professional life.

How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
I brush and floss twice daily and never skip regular dental check-ups. Staying consistent with these habits is my key to long-lasting oral health.

Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy
Visit your dentist every six months—prevention is the best way to avoid bigger dental problems and maintain a healthy smile.
