I’ve always believed in using my skills to make a difference, which led me to become an Oral Health Therapist. Passionate in enhancing my careful hands and sharp eyes, I knew this career would allow me to care for people while improving their health—one smile at a time. Putting my heart and soul into looking after my patients is what I love most about this profession. They deserve the best, and I will always strive to deliver my best for them.
Prevention is at the core of everything I do. Gum disease affects a significant portion of the population, but consistent care and simple habits can make a world of difference. I encourage my patients to be persistent and proactive because small, everyday efforts add up to long-lasting oral health and fewer treatments down the road.
When it comes to dentistry, my goal is not only to treat problems but also to guide my patients toward better oral health practices. Seeing the improvement in their health and confidence is the most rewarding part of my job.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy long walks by the water and challenging myself with regular workouts. Spending quality time with family and friends keeps me grounded and energised.
How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
I floss daily, use an electric toothbrush with good quality fluoridated toothpaste, and don’t forget tongue cleaning—it’s all part of my daily routine.
Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy
Taking care of your teeth is like rowing a boat—keep rowing, or you’ll drift downstream. Persistence and consistency are key to maintaining a healthy smile.
