My journey into dentistry began with a desire to blend science and creativity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Dentistry allows me to restore oral health, improve confidence, and build meaningful connections with patients while embracing my passion for precision and artistry.
As an AHPRA-registered dentist, I specialise in both cosmetic and restorative dentistry, tailoring every treatment plan to suit each patient’s unique needs. I am committed to creating a supportive and relaxed environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and achieving their oral health goals.
I believe that education is the foundation of good dental care. By empowering my patients with clear information and guidance, I help them make informed decisions about their dental health and take an active role in maintaining their smiles.
How I stay healthy and happy
Maintaining a balanced lifestyle is key to my happiness. I enjoy painting, which provides a creative outlet and helps me relax outside of the clinic. Spending quality time with loved ones, staying active through activities like yoga, and embracing mindfulness practices are also essential to my well-being.
How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
Consistency is crucial when it comes to oral health. I make sure to brush twice daily using fluoride toothpaste, floss regularly, and rinse with mouthwash to maintain optimal gum health. I also follow a balanced diet and avoid frequent snacking, keeping both my teeth and body in great condition.
Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy
Oral health is a daily commitment—brushing and flossing consistently makes all the difference. Even small efforts, like using mouthwash or drinking water throughout the day, contribute to healthier teeth and gums.
