My journey into dentistry began during my childhood visits to our family dentist. Those early experiences sparked my curiosity, and as I learned more, I knew this was the field for me. Dentistry combines the precision of science with the creativity of art, making it endlessly fascinating and rewarding. 

What I love most about being a dentist is the opportunity to prevent and address dental issues in a way that preserves natural health and function. Whether it’s providing personalised care or educating patients about their oral health, my goal is to ensure every patient feels confident and cared for. By integrating up-to-date technology and techniques, I strive to deliver treatments that offer long-term benefits. 

For me, dentistry is about more than just clinical treatments; it’s about empowering patients to take control of their oral health. I believe a proactive approach can make a world of difference, and I’m committed to providing the care and guidance my patients need to lead healthier lives. 

How I stay healthy and happy 
Hiking and long walks keep me physically active and refreshed. To stay happy, I meditate, read, and enjoy quality time with my family. By pre-planning my days, I make sure to balance work and family life effectively.

How I maintain healthy teeth and gums 
I stick to simple, consistent habits like brushing twice a day and flossing daily. These routines, paired with regular dental check-ups, help keep my teeth and gums in excellent condition.

Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy 
Oral health is key to overall well-being. Brush twice a day, floss daily, and limit sugary or acidic snacks. Staying hydrated is also essential for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
