I enjoy helping patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their dental care. My approach is centred on compassion, honesty, and patient-centred care. I take the time to explain treatment options clearly so patients can make informed decisions about their oral health.
I became a dentist because it combines many of the things I value: healthcare, science, precision, creativity, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and paying close attention to detail, which naturally drew me to dentistry and later to prosthodontics.
My treatment philosophy is based on prevention, early diagnosis, and care that is appropriate for each patient’s needs. I am passionate about helping patients understand the link between oral health and overall wellbeing, and I aim to build long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and practical oral health advice.

How I stay healthy and happy
I believe good health includes both physical and mental wellbeing. I practise yoga regularly, follow healthy eating habits, and aim to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, travelling, exploring new places, and learning through new experiences. I also have a creative side and enjoy sketching, drawing, singing, cooking healthy meals, and creating art pieces from discarded or recycled materials.
How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
I maintain my oral health through consistent daily habits. I brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, clean between my teeth daily, and attend regular dental check-ups and professional cleans.
I also pay attention to my diet, limit sugary foods and drinks, stay hydrated, and encourage healthy oral hygiene habits within my family. I believe prevention is always better than treatment, and small daily habits can make a meaningful difference over time.
