About Dr. Tina Nguyen

My journey into dentistry began with my mum’s advice, and it has grown into a deeply fulfilling career. Dentistry allows me to combine problem-solving with compassionate care, addressing challenges and making a real difference in my patients’ lives. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and helping them achieve their best smiles.

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the transformation in my patients’ confidence and quality of life. Whether through orthodontics, veneers, or restorative treatments, I strive to create lasting results that improve not just smiles but overall oral function. My approach is built on trust and empathy, ensuring that every patient feels valued and supported.

With dental health often overlooked until problems arise, I focus on educating patients to take a proactive approach. Together, we can prevent issues and maintain healthy, confident smiles for years to come.

How I stay healthy and happy
I believe in the power of balance—regular exercise, a healthy diet, and quality time with my family keep me grounded. Watching my children grow and thrive is one of my greatest joys, and staying organised allows me to balance the demands of work and personal life.

How I maintain healthy teeth and gums
Daily brushing and flossing are essential, but I also pay attention to my diet and hydration to protect my teeth and gums. Avoiding excessive sugar and staying consistent with dental check-ups allows me to prevent issues and keep my oral health in check.

Essential tip to keep your teeth healthy
Prioritise consistency—small daily habits like flossing and brushing make a huge difference. And never ignore changes in your oral health—early action saves time and prevents bigger problems later.
