Is your clinic bulk billing?
We do bulk bill general dental for children under CDBS Medicare scheme. We also provide No Gaps Dental treatment for general procedures which comes at no cost to our patient when they are with eligible health fund.
I have a family and would like to have appointment for all preferably next to each other, can you do that?
We certainly can do depending upon the availability otherwise we will provide alternative day or times.
I need to see the dentist, couldn’t sleep last night because of pain, can you accommodate me?
Yes, we do have our best to accommodate you with first available dentist. Please give a call to our clinic to enquire and make an appointment.
I have private health fund, is my dental treatment covered?
We partnered with various health fund like BUPA, NIB, CBHS, HCF and provide basic dental treatment like check-up, cleaning, filling, x-ray under No Gaps Policy which means at no cost to you. Any other procedures which is not under no gaps attracts a competitive out of pocket cost.
Do you have dentist who can treat young children?
Yes, most of our dentists are skilled to work with children. Call our clinic with your concern and our friendly staff will assist you to book you with the dentist of your specific need.
Is there parking available at No Gaps Dental Epping?
We do have limited on street parking and a public car park (3 hours free), a short walk from our clinic.
