So as our Dentists can review your case virtually and recommend a treatment plan, we have provided a sample set of images for you to take at home. Please ask a friend to help take your images for you, or if that is not possible please set your camera up with a timer delay so that you can use both hands to get a clear view of your teeth. These cover side and front profile images – so that we can see your jaw/bite alignment, close-up view of your bite from each angle, open mouth view, and closed mouth view.

Once you have your images ready please fill in the details below and submit your case file for assessment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for review and response. Our response will include information on how to book your FREE 3D digital scan.
