What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments including cash, Mastercard, Visa, and Amex, as well as HICAPS and EFTPOS. We also accept all insurances, Hospital Vouchers and Medicare CDBS.
Waitara patients should also note that we are a preferred health insurance provider for BUPA at our Hornsby clinic.
What hours are you open?
The majority of our clinics are open 6 days a week for patient convenience although opening and closing hours may differ according to the clinic.
What about emergencies?
While we don’t have any designated emergency slots, we urge Waitara patients to call us if they have a nagging toothache that can’t be relieved with painkillers or they have dislodged or broken a tooth. We will do all we can to fit you in for treatment the same day.
Do you have any specialists at your clinics?
Not at present, however, all our general dentists are widely experienced across all aspects of dentistry, which means there is no need to pay specialist prices.
Does your Hornsby dental clinic have nearby parking?
Yes, patients can park in the Westfield Shopping Centre.
Do you provide mercury-free fillings?
Yes, we offer patients a choice of composite (white fillings) and porcelain fillings in addition to amalgam varieties.
