Do we provide services under bulk billing?
Yes, we are pleased to offer bulk billing services for eligible children 0-17 years old under Child Dental Benefit Scheme. Through Medicare your child will be entitled up to $1132.00 in dental benefits over a two calendar year period. The program covers a wide range of essential dental treatments including: check-ups, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealants, fillings, root canal treatments and extractions. Please check your child’s eligibility with Medicare or simply provide us with your child’s Medicare details so we can check on your behalf. For your convenience all claims are processed on the spot, making the experience smooth and stress free.
What does No Gaps Guarantee mean?
If you are a member of an Australian health fund with dental cover, you can take advantage of our No Gap offer. This means you will have no out of pocket expenses as we cover the difference between the treatment fee and your health fund rebate as long as your annual limits have not been reached. This offer extends to range of simple treatments such as check ups, teeth cleaning, fluoride applications, x-rays and simple fillings.
Do we offer teeth whitening treatments?
Yes, we provide teeth whitening treatments designed to safely and effectively brighten your smile. We offer three options to suit your needs and lifestyle.
- In chair professional Zoom whitening – a single visit treatment. Delivers results in minimal time with the use of advanced whitening gel activated by blue LED light with little sensitivity caused.
- Take home gel and custom made trays. Requires taking impressions and making custom made trays for home use. Gel and trays are used on daily basis for certain period of time to achieve the long lasting results.
- Take home preloaded, disposable trays. These trays are convenient and ready to wear. Trays are easily moulded to your teeth without the need for impressions or custom trays, offering a simple and effective whitening solution.
Which health funds do we accept?
We accept all Australian registered health funds and strive to make the claiming process as simple as possible. For your convenience we offer on-the-spot claims processed through the HICAPS system, allowing you to access your health rebate immediately. In addition, if your health fund provides a digital membership card, we can process your claim using this option, eliminating the need to relay on physical card. This ensures a faster and hassle free experience.
